If someone tries to mistreat you or disrespect you, stop them in their tracks. Tell them to speak to you with kindness and respect. Be wary of those who:

  • Take advantage of your kindness
  • Only care about their own interests
  • Are harsh, cold, or emotionally manipulative
  • Play games with your emotions
  • Are overly needy or clingy

These are the people who cheat, deceive, and belittle others to feel superior. Keep them at arm's length, prioritize your own emotional safety, and surround yourself with love, care, and respect.
